We are in the Apulian Murgia, here the territory presents karst phenomena and soil of calcareous and clayey-calcareous nature, with the classic red lands derived from the dissolution of rocks.
All grapes are owned and harvested manually in the box.
Our wines want to be a total expression of Terra delle Gravine, an unknown area yet to be discovered.
We only produce a few hundred bottles that are distributed only when they are really ready. Due to the limited availability of our production, most of the wines are assigned to customers in the Ho.re.ca sector. and they run out of every vintage.
