Made from Verdeca grapes, the vines, because of its low productivity was in danger of extinction. At the beginning of 2000 thanks to the work of some winemakers and producers was recovered. This Verdeca represents the most “pure” version, meaning for it the one more anchored to the territory of origin and its expressive peculiarities. A white to be discovered in the eccentric format.

Characteristic

  • Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
  • Scent: its characteristics of freshness stands in herbaceous awards and white fruit with a very delicate floral background.
  • Taste: Right acidity, remarkable minerality/ flavor all balanced by the roundness of the fruit and alcoholic component.
  • Pairing: white meat dishes, with a light sauce, whose oily bottom is balanced by the acidic action of the wine on the palate
