This ancient autochthonous vine whose traces were being lost has been recovered by the company and today we want to represent it in total purity with a short maceration on the skins.
We love to define the gold of Puglia for its deep and dense color.
It is one of those wines that immediately put you at ease, whitout demanding anything more than to be drunk, in the glass the initial spicy aroma becomes harmonious and even the sip gains in complexity.

  • Aging: 6 months stainless, 12 months bottles

Characteristics

  • Colour: Shiny amber gold.
  • Scent: Rich Mediterranean notes of apricot, orange peel.
  • Taste: Sip is taut and dynamic, sapid enough to create a fun contrast with the “sweet tones” of the first nose.
  • Pairing: risotto with vegetables and mushrooms, main courses of fish, cold cuts and cold cuts, mature and blue cheeses
.
  • Serve at 14-16°C
